Day 1 - Arrive in Jaipur
On arrival in Jaipur, our representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. Check in at the hotel and freshen up. Then leave for sightseeing around the city. Visit the famous City Palace, which is known to be the formal residence of a royal family. Explore Chandra Mahal, a grand architectural marvel built by King Jaisingh II. It has seven storeys from where one can behold stunning views of the entire city. Also visit Shri Govind Dev Temple (dedicated to Shree Govind Ji), Jantar Mantar (a stone observatory and the largest observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh) and the City Palace Museum, which exhibits private collections of Jaipur Maharajas' belongings. Then return to the hotel for a good overnight stay.
Day 2 - Jaipur Sightseeing
After a refreshing breakfast, you will proceed for a sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Make a visit to the spectacular Amer Fort (4 sq. km area), built from marble and red sandstone and situated about 11 kilometers away from Jaipur. En-route, visit the Hawa Mahal, the 'Palace of Winds' that was built with a number of windows to enable household women to witness the outside happenings. Later on, enjoy some shopping at the colorful bazaars. In the evening, you can drive through the city and also visit the famous Laxminarayan Temple. Finally, retreat to the hotel for the night.
Day 3 - Jaipur - Bikaner
After breakfast, you will drive to Bikaner on this day. Arrive in Bikaner and check in at the hotel. Then go on to visit Junagarh Fort, also called as 'Old Fort' and built on the plains. Karni Mata Temple (the Temple of Rats) is a holy site in Deshnoke, dedicated to Karni Mata and home to around 25,000 rats. These rats are revered and numerous tourists visit the temple to worship them. Also visit the Camel Research Farm (a camel breeding farm that gives you information on camels) and retreat to the hotel for a good night's rest.
Day 4 - End of Tour
This is the end of your tour. You will be dropped at Jaipur railway station or airport for your journey back home.
