-- If any booking is cancelled as per booking policy, refund will be done in the same mode of payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges if any for refund. This process will take 15 to 30 days to reflect in Client account.

-- For all purposes, it is the responsibility of the Client to reach the place of commencement of the tour and communicate/intimate to the representative of Nanuan Travels as per the schedule of the tour at the scheduled place, date and time. There will be no refund, if the client fails to join the Tour Program at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before tour ending.

-- Nanuan Travels reserves the right to amend the prices published in this website in certain cases like increase in fuel costs, increase in price of Hotel accommodation charges due to high season etc.. On this aspect decision of Nanuan Travels is final and based upon the situation, the Client must have to pay the differential amounts of such increases in price.

-- If the tour or any part thereof cannot be availed due to any of the reason, Nanuan Travels will not be responsible to give any refund to the Client. However, on sole discretion, Nanuan Travels may decide the refund amount and the decision of Nanuan Travels on refund amount shall be final.

-- Refund will be in INR only and No interest will be applicable on refund. Refunds will be paid directly to the Client by NEFT / RTGS / Crossed cheque/Bank Transfer/UPI. It would take at least minimum of 7 to 15 days to process the refund.
